Last Will and Testament of Anna Margarethe Jensen
I, Anne Margarethe Jensen, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and
declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
Part 1. Subject to the payment of our just debts and funeral expenses, I will,
devise and bequeath to my husband Truls Jensen all of the estate of which I may
die seized and possessed, both real and personal, during his natural lifetime.
Part 2. After the death of said husband Truls Jensen I direct that my property remaining be equally divided between the children of my son James Jensen, deceased,
as follows: one half at said property to Theodore Jensen, one half of said property to
Randine Sofie Jensen
Part 3. I hereby nominate my friend A. F. A. Rokkan and my friend Hans Nelson
to be the executors of this my last will and testament.
In witness thereof, I have to this any last will and testament consisting of
one sheet of paper subscribed my name this 11th day of December, 1901.
