Buena Vista County Wills and Probate
Last Will and Testament of August Malmberg
I, August Malmberg, of Albert City, County of Buena Vista, State of Iowa,
of sound and disposing mind, do make, publish and declare this to be my
last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
Item One:.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of
my estate.
Item Two:
All the rest, residue and remainder or my estate, real, personal and
mixed, of which I may die seized or possessed. or which I may be entitled,
I devise and bequeath, as follows:
Same shall be divided equally between my three children. To my son
Edward Swanson, one third interest; to Huldah Olson, one third interest;
end to Hilma Olson one third interest.
I hereby appoint my daughter Huldah Olson executrix of this my last will
and testament and exonerate her from giving bond.
In witness whereof, I have to this, my last will and testament, consisting
of one sheet of paper, subscribed my name this 12th day of July, 1921.

We hereby certify that on the 12th day of July, 1921, at Albert City.
Buena Vista County. Iowa, August Malmberg, to us personally known did, in
our presence, sign the foregoing instrument and declare the same to be his
last will and testament; and we at his request, and in his presence, and in
the presence of each other, do hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
thereto.
