Last Will and Testament of Fred Weber


I, Fred Weber, of the State of Iowa and County of Buena Vista, do hereby ordain and declare this to be my last will and testament.

After all my lawful debts are paid, I devise and bequeath all my property, both personal and real, to be divided as follows.

First. I give and bequeath to my wife, Louisa Weber, all my right title and interest in and to my share in and to my father's property situated or estate situated in Germany. Also, one hundred and fifty dollars of German money to be collected by my wife, said money being from the sale of my real estate in Landesburg, in Germany.

Second. I have already given my daughter Lousia one hundred dollars, made to her at the time of her marriage, of her equitable share. The remainder of my property is to be equally divided between my eleven children: Louisa (minus her $100.00), Mina, Caroline, Fred, Sophia, William, Henry, Dora, Mary, Amelia and Emma.

I hereby appoint August Buckholtz and Fred Gerkes executors of this will.

In witness whereof I have signed and published this instrument to be my last will and testament, this 5th day of January, 1893
