William Clement Jr, for 11 pounds, sold to William Compton, 74 ac. it being granted to William Clement Jr by patent Aug 20, 1747. S/ William Clement Jr, Mary Clement. Wit: John Clement, Dassoy Southall, James Johnson. (See Patent 28-134, and DB 5-137)

Benjamin Clements sold to Edmund Walker, for 50 pounds, all that plantation part of a tract granted to Benj. Clement by patent Jun 16, 1738, being bounded as by the patent, except one parcel which was formerly sold by said Clement father to Lewis Thomas, containing 150 ac. S/ Benj. Clement. ( See Patent 18 -19 (400 ac) minus DB 1-120 (150 ac) = 250 ac.
