William Clement late decd, by his will Feb 18, 1760, among other bequests, did bequeath to son Francis Clement the land & plantation whereon he then lived, together with a Water Grist Mill thereon, which sd land & mill were afterward conveyed by sd Francis Clement to before named William Clement, son of sd Testator and Party to these present, by deed May 22, 1760 - - William Clements for 50 pounds, sold to Henry Cox - half part of the Water Grist Mill together with a half part of the _?_ _?_ and profit thereof.
