To son Isham Clements - the land I formerly lived on containing 275 ac., and my part of the mill with 10 ac. joining the mill house, and I desire that Isham keep my whole estate together and not divide until Tabb's debt be paid by the mill.

Son William Clements - negroes James & Hannah, and the land I had of George Evens containing 150 ac.
Dau Rebakah Clements.
Son Edmund Walker Clement - negroes Sam & Ben.
Son John Clement - negroes Lucy & young Colson.
Dau. Ann Clement.
Wife Ann - negroes Daniel, Old Caesar & Temp, and the land & plantation where I now live, with all the rest of my estate, upon her death or marriage, then equally divided btwn my four children Rebeckah, Edmund, John & Ann, except my land, & that I give to sons Edmund & John.
Executris: wife Ann for Edmund Walker Clement & John Clement & Ann Clement; son Isham Clements for children Mary, Martha, William & Rebeckah.
