To Thomas Perkins Overton, my executor, for support of my nephew John Eaton Booker during his natural life - 3 negroes with all their increase. If John E. Booker should die without lawful issue, then I give the negroes to Edwd Jenkins, son of James Jenkins.

To nephew John E. Booker - the tract of land whereon I now live & furniture [number acres not show].

To Thomas Perkins Overton, my executor, for support of Rebecca Jenkins, wife to James Jenkins, during her natural life - two negroes

To Edward Booker - a negro woman.

To Nancy Jenkins, daughter of James Jenkins & wife Rebecca - one negro girl.

To Isabel Scott - one negro girl.

To niece Rebecca Davis Jenkins, dau of James Jenkins & wife Rebecca - 2 negroes.

To grandson John Langhorns Tabb - Lucy & Clancy with all their increase.

To Thomas Perkins Overton, my executor -one negro girl.

To granddaughtor Frances Booking Hatcher - one negro woman.

To daughter Jean Tabb - all the residue of my estate both real & personal & at her death to be equally divided between all her children, to wit: Thomas Tabb, William Tabb, Lockey Tabb, Edward Malory Tabb, Edmund Tabb & Davis Tabb.

Appoint Thomas Perkins Overton sole executor.
