On the motion of Sarah Clements who took the oath and entered into and acknowledged Bond with security as the law directs is granted her for obtaining letters of administration of the estate of John Clements deceased her late husband in due form

Ordered that John Clements Edward Tabb Edward Booker and Anderson Hughes or any three of them being first sworn before a justice of the peace do approve in current money the slaves if any and personal Estate of John Clements Junr deceased and return such to the Court

Sarah Clements is appointed guardian of Edward and Nancy Clements orphans of John Clements deceased and thereupon the said Sarah entered into and acknowledged Bond with securityas the law directs for securing the said orphans Estate and indemnifying the Court
