On the motion of Moses Overton who took the oath and entered into and acknowledged bond with Paschal L. Townes and William Oveton his securities in the penalty of Fifteen thousand dollars conditioned as the law directs certificate is granted him for obtaining letters of administration on the estate of Sarah Clement in due form.

Ordered that Samuel Ford, Pink D. Booker, Henry P. Eanes, Austin Seay and John C. Hill or any three of them being first duly sworn proceed to appraise in current money the personal estate of Sarah Clements dec. and make report thereof to this court.
