Agreeable to an Order of the high court of chancery bearing date the 21st
day of May One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety five directing an Issue
to be made up between the parties in this Court to determine whether the
Writing admitted to record in the said Court of Amelia as & for the last
will and testament of John Clements, be the true will and Testament of
the said Clements deceased. Therefore it is Ordered by this Court that
the issue aforesaid directed to be made up between the parties be accordingly
done and the same to be tried by a Jury at the next Quarterly Term and
certified to the said High Court of Chancery.
