This Indenture made and entered into this 2nd day of June 1832 Between
Vachel Clement of the County of Hart of the one part & John Pointer of
the County of Barren & Both of the state of Kentucky witnesseth that for
and in consideration of the sum of twenty two dollars to him in hand the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath Bargained and sold and by
these presents doth Bargain Sell and deliver unto the Said John pointer
one Certain Tract or parcel of land, lying and being in the County of
Barren Containing by survey eighteen acres Bounded as follows Viz. Beginning
at a white and Black on the side of the nob thence south 25 East 26 poles
to a post oak thence S61 W20 poles to three post oaks thence NS65 W66
poles to a stake thence N20 E43 poles to a stake thence N65 E66 poles
to a stake thence S40 W14 poles to the Beginning to have and to hold with
all and singular the appertinances thereto belonging unto the said John
Pointer his heirs and assigns forever and the said Clement for himself
his heirs administrators & doth By these presents warrent and forever
defend the right title of said tract of land and appertinances thereunto
belonging unto the said John Pointer his heirs & and to be free and Clear
of the Claim or Claims of each and every person or persons Whomsoever
and to be frely possessed by the said John Pointer his heirs and assigns
forever in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this year
and date above written signed sealed & delivered in presence of
Vachel Clement
Barren County court clerks office to Wit
I William Logan clerk of the county Court for said County do certify that
the within & foregoing Deed of Conveyance from Vachel Clement to John
Pointer was on the 2nd day of June 1832 acknowledged before me by the
said Vachel clement to be his act and deed and thereupon the aforesaid
Conveyance and the Certificate hath been duly admitted to Record in said
office
