It appearing to the Satisfaction of the Court from disinterested and Creditable
Testimony that Solomon Tabor is and was at the time of the passage of
the Act of Assembly appropriating the Vacant land in this Commonwealth
an Actual Setler on land reputed to be Vacant in this County said Tabor
wishes to appropriate 350 Acres to include his improvement and the same
is ordered to be certified to the Register of the Land Office.

dollars conditioned as the Law directs.

& return an Invantory thereof to the Court.

Vachel Clemons has Licence to
keep a Tavern at his house in Barren County whereupon he entered into
bond with James Bird his Securety in the penalty of L100 Conditioned as
the Law directs.
Court 1817 -
On the motion of Vachel Clement
& others Securety for Patsey Clements Administratrix of the Estate
of James Clement Dec'd it is
Ordered that Summon Issue for Isaac Anderson & Patsey Clement alias
Patsey Anderson to appear at our next Court to shew Cause if any they
can why they shall not give Counter Securety or give up the Estate into
the hands of said Secureties for their Indemnity.
May Court 1817 -
Ordered that Wm Alley Henry Simpson James Clemmons & Jacob Harlin
or any three being first sworn do view the nearest and best way for a
road from the Cumberland County line from on top of Dickins's Hill the
nearest and best way to intersect the road near John Webbs leading to
Glasgow & report thereof to the Court.
On motion of John Saunders it is Ordered that Daniel Curd, Haiden Trigg,
Thomas Scrivner & Robrt Snoddy or any three being first sworn do adjust
and settle the accounts of John Saunders Admr of the Estate of Jesse Saunders
Dec'd & report thereof to Court.
On motion of Turner Crump it is Ordered that he have licence be granted
him to keep a Tavern at his house in this County whereupon he entered
into bond with Haiden Trigg & Vachel
Clemonent his Securety entered into bond in the sum of L100 conditioned
as the Law directs.
September Court 1817 -
Ordered that Joseph Martin Maxamilliam Haley Turner Crump John B. Gash
or any three do adjust and settle the accounts of Patsy Clement (Alias
Patsey Anderson) Admrx of James
Clement Dec'd & report thereof to the Court.

into bond in the sum of $1300 conditioned as the Law directs.
On the Motion of Patsey Anderson late Patsey Clement Widow & relict
of James Clement Dec'd it is
Ordered that Maxamillian Haley Robert Jameson John Glazbrook & Joseph
Martin or any three do lay off and allott unto the said Patsey Anderson
her Dower in the Land & personal Estate of her late husband James
Clement Dec'd & make report thereof to Court.
