This day came as with the Plaintif by his Attorney as the said defendant in his proper person and the said defendant saith that he cannot deny the Action of the said Plaintif thereof against him nor but that he doth owe to him the said Plaintif the sum of Eighteen pounds Current Money of Virginia in manner and form as the said Plaintif in his Declaration above against him hath alledged Therefore it is considered by the Court that the Plaintif recover against the said defendant his debt by the defendant in form aforesaid confessed together with his Costs by him in this behalf expended and the said defendant in money &c. But this Judgment (Except as to the Costs) is to be discharged by the payment of Nine pounds of the like money with the Legal Interest thereon at the rate of five per Centum per Annum from the Eighth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty seven until the same shall be paid.
