The Later Years

The later years, from the beginning of the 19th century information became more available, church records, census returns, marriage and birth certificates are all open to the general public and copies of any certificate can be obtained.

On August 5th 1811, my G. Grandfather (Thomas) was baptised at Hanley near to Stoke-on Trent. His parents names were given as Richard and Mary Clulow. In later years Thomas moved home to Wolverhampton, there he met and married Ann Davies. This was the first record I have of the beginning of my family line.
