She was also known as Greta Liesse (diminutive for Margaret Elizabeth) is recorded as a grandmother of William Casselman's first child.

She was baptised on Feb. 12, 1699 in the Luthern Church at Dickschied, Germany. After arriving in America in 1710, her parents resided for a while in Queensburg, NY, one of the Palatine settlements on the east side of the Hudson River. It was there on March 23, 1712 that Margaret took her first communion.

There is no record of her death.

Margaretha married Andreas Ludwig CASSELMAN, son of Dietrich CASSELMAN and Anna Elizabetha RINDERIN, about 1719 in Schoharie Valley, , New York, USA.³²⁴⁸ (Andreas Ludwig CASSELMAN was born on 6 Nov 1698 in Eppingen, Baden Wurttemberg, Germany ³²⁴⁸ and died in 1789 in , Bedford Co., Pennsylvania, USA ³²⁴⁸.)
