"...one of the early settlers along the Susquehanna River, who was a noted hunter of wolves and panthers." The 1820 census implies four sons and four daughters. The 1830 census implies seven sons and six daughters, of which males Enoch Gideon, Joseph, and William fit well in the 20-30 range, William and John in the 15-20 range (but one unaccounted for), Thomas himself is 50-60, and the 90-100 (!) is unaccounted for. Sarah could be one of the 5-10 females, but Naomi should be 40-50, not 60-70. The other 5-10 and two 10-15 are also unaccounted for.
