Name was changed to William Draper in legal proceeding (1/11/1943 deposition of Alice Muller Draper "In the matter of the Birth Certificate of William Draper Coddington").
After mother's death, reentered the United States on 24 Oct., 1922 at Ellis Island, New York, on ship Majestic, departed from Cherbourg, Mance, France, with brother Dave Hennen Jr. and grandmother Alice Draper.
