ULLAPOOL., Sept. 27. --- A boatman of the name of Duncan Keith, belonging to a fishing boat from Jura, was yesterday evening (Sabbath), lost at the quay of Ullapool. He had been ashore during the afternoon, and it is presumed, had got the worse of liquor. In this situation he had gone in the dusk down to the quay, with the view of getting on board of his boat, but, having unwarily proceeded too far, fell into the tide and was carried off. The body has not yet been found. The man was about 60 years of age.
