FATAL BOAT ACCIDENT AT
INVERNESS

THREE MEN DROWNED

Intelligence has just reached Inverness of a fatal boating accident on the west coast of Ross-shire.

Last Saturday three men named John Massie, Murdo Mackay, and a nephew of the latter, left Ullapool in a small boat to proceed to Little Lochbroom. On Sunday wreckage from the boat was found lying on the beach, and there can be little doubt that the men were drowned.
