Henry HERRICK was born in 1604 in Beau Manor, England. Notes for HENRY HERRICK:
The Great Migration Begins, Vol II, pp913-914, has detailed comments on Henry's parentage, including examinations as far back as 1537 on the claim as to Sir William being his father. A letter dated 28 June 1653 from Henry to his brother in Leicestershire has "demonstrated convincingly" that Henry was the settler of that name in Virginia, distinct from the one in New England [TAG 14:96-98].

At this time, there appears to be no proof Henry's father is Sir William, based on the latest evidence in writing.

Henry came from Leicester, England, to Salem, New England, 24 June 1629. (Fowler:39; Herrick Gen.).
