He married Mildred Mollie Boyd abt 1780. Burgess Brammer died 2 Jul 1821 at Russell, Virginia. I see a Burgess Brammer listed on the Lebanon, Russell County, Virginia 1820 U.S. Federal Census. He was murdered by Elizabeth Daniels.
Mildred Mollie or Millie Boyd was likely born about 1762 at Goochland, Virginia. She died abt 1840 at Patrick, Virginia. Mildred and Burgess had the following children:
1. Martha Patsey Brammer, b. 1780 at Patrick County, Virginia; d. abt 1853 at Wayne County, Kentucky. She married Henry Tuggle (1781-1860). Henry was the son of John Tuggle and Elizabeth Harrison. Martha and Henry had the following children: John Tuggle (1804-1883); Nancy Tuggle (1805-1872); Elizabeth Tuggle (1808-1850); Sarah Tuggle (1809-?); James Tuggle (Abt. 1810-1861); William Tuggle (1814-1872); Henry Tuggle (1818-1880); Jonathan Tuggle (1820-1886); Matilda Jane Tuggle (1823 to 1850 or 1886)
2. William Henry Brammer, born abt 1781 at Henry, Virginia and died 15 Sep 1841 at Wayne County, KY; married Lucy Tuggle (daughter of John Tuggle and Elizabeth Harrison) See below for more information about this family
3. Shadrack Brammer, born abt 1783 at Henry, Virginia, died abt 1839 at Macon, Missouri. In 1806 he married Frances Tuggle (1787 - 1839, daughter of John Tuggle and Elizabeth Harrison) sister of Lucy, who married Shadrack's brother William Henry Brammer, above). Shadrack and Frances likely had at least the following children:

5. John Brammer, b. 21 Dec 1791 at Patrick, VA; d. 6 Aug 1872 at Patrick, VA; on 31 Jan 1816 at Patrick, VA he married Nancy Davis (1800-1841). He may have had a second wife named Anna Hubbard (b. 1818, d. 1860).
6. Joseph Brammer, b. 2 Apr 1793 at Patrick, VA; d. abt 1865 at Greenup, KY; on 13 Jul 1817 at Lawrence, OH he married Nancy Lee (1791 VA - 1851 KY).

William Henry Brammer was born abt 1781 at Henry, Virginia to Burgess Brammer and Mildred "Mollie" Boyd. William Henry married Martha "Lucy" Tuggle Virginia on 7 Nov 1808 at Patrick, Virginia. He died 15 Sep 1841 at Wayne County, Kentucky.
Martha Lucy Tuggle was born abt 1790 to John Tuggle and Elizabeth Harrison. She died 10 Mar 1853 at Wayne County, Kentucky.
1. Jesse Brammer, b. abt 1809 at Patrick, Virginia, d. abt 1860 at Callaway, Missouri, married Sarah Sally Overstreet (1810-1880). 2. John Shelby Brammer, born 20 March 1811 at Patrick, Virginia, and on 18 October 1832 he married Mary "Polly" Rector (older sister of Jesse Rector (2), and oldest daughter of Samuel Rector and Ruth Simpson Rector). John Shelby Brammer died on 5 June 1873 at Wayne County, Kentucky. John and Mary's children: Lucinda C. Brammer (1834-1862); Ruth Ann Brammer (1837-1888); Samuel Lewis Brammer (1840-1908); Elizabeth Leann Brammer (1843-1893); Henry Tuggle Brammer (1845-1865); Nancy Leann Brammer (1847-1914); John Shelby Brammer (1849-1908); James Simpson Brammer (1853-1908)
3. Nancy Brammer, born 24 November 1817, married Jesse Rector (2) on 8 April 1835, and died on 11 December 1875 in Wayne County, KY. She is buried in the Beck-Rector Cemetery in Wayne County. This is my direct line. Please click on Jesse Rector's link for more information about this family.
4. Anna Brammer, b. 20 Jul 1819 at Patrick, Virginia, d. 30 Nov 1881 at Wayne County, Kentucky. Note: at age 41, she was living with her brother, John Shelby Brammer, and his family when the 1860 U.S. Federal Census was taken. It appears she never married.
5. Sarah Brammer, b. 1820 Patrick, VA, d. 1845 at Wayne Co., KY, 8 ul 1841 married Levi Wood Albertson (1821-1880). Sarah and Levi's child, Lucy Albertson (b. abt 1845)
6. Lucy Brammer, b. 8 July 1821 at Patrick, Virginia, died July 1857 at Mullentown, Wayne County, Kentucky, married Frances David Shearer (b. 22 Apr 1822 at Wayne Co., KY; d. 13 Jan 1893 at Wayne Co.; son of Jacob Shearer and Violet Vickery) on 4 February 1846. Lucy and David's children: William Francis Shearer (1847-1908); Jacob Harrison Shearer (1849-1881); John Henry Shearer (1850-1922); Marshall Franklin Shearer (1852-1940); Polly Frisbee Shearer (1855-1899)
7. Lavenia (Levina?) Brammer, b. 15 Aug 1827 at Wayne Co., KY, d. 10 Aug 1860. On 2 Aug 1847 m. John Thompson Guffey (b. 1827 to John Thompson Guffey and Nancy Barnes Roberts; d. 12 Feb 1883 at St. Clair, Missouri). 9. William George Brammer, Jr., b. abt 1832 at Wayne County, Kentucky. On 4 Aug 1869, he married Mary Ellen Hughes (b. abt 1850 to Hardy Hughes (1794-1862) and Martha Patsy Bell (1809-1892). William and Mary's children: ?Martha Brammer (b. abt 1870); Lucy Ann Brammer (1872-1961); Lewis Thomas Brammer (1875-1945); John C. Brammer (1876-1945); James M. Brammer (b. abt 1879)
10. Henry Tuggle Brammer, b. abt. 1836 at Wayne Co., KY, d. before 1900, probably in Jamestown, Russell County, Kentucky. On 26 Jul 1854, at Wayne Co., KY he married Rachel Horsey (b. Feb 1839 in Wayne Co., KY). Rachel was still alive in 1910 and was living in Parnell, Wayne Co., Kentucky with her son Joseph and his family. She listed her parents as both having been born in North Carolina. Henry and Rachel's children: Sarah Brammer (b. abt 1857); James Brammer (b. abt 1859); Flora Clementine Brammer (1861-1940); Martha Jane Brammer (1863-1908); Viana Brammer (b. abt 1865); Leander Brammer (b. abt 1869); Joseph Brammer (b. abt 1879)
