Ever since the turn of the century family history had been documented in all types of occupations and descendant charts. For example, how well the blacksmith took care of their horses and stables, or how beautiful the design and how our new homes appeared. And how our mothers and grandmothers passed on traditions from their ancestors.
These expericences were found inside of family bibles, journals, and occasionally manuscripts which were often printed into books and found in selective libraries. Reading about the way things were in the early days is just one way of taking a step back into time. Owning a hard copy of your family history, the ancestors and their descendants is another way to look back on the way things were.
