wondered if she might

been married once before. Anyway.) Barnabas and Esther were the parents of
Katharine Poe Harris born 9 April 1803 in Washington Co., PA married Josiah
Cotton-- born 13 March 1799 to William Cotton Sr. and Mary Scott in
Pulaski,
Washington Co., PA--- on 1 Jan 1828. Both were buried in Clarksville
cemetery in Clarksville, Mercer Co., PA. (I can get you their death dates in
about a month) (Katharine's sister, Susanne, married Josiah's brother,
Alexander
Cotton.)

Craft Charles Carroll in 1858 son of William Carroll (b 1812 to
William
Carroll and Rachel Sutton of Worth Twp., Mercer Co., PA) and Barbara Ghost
( b 1812 in Venango Co., PA to Craft Ghost and Elizabeth Fritz) of Worth
township,
Mercer Co., PA. Thirza Jane died while visiting her daughter,
Katharine,
in Yonkers, New York on Nov 30, 1903. (I have a copy of her death
certificate which names her parents) Craft Charles Carroll, MD, DDS, died
at their long time home in Meadville, Crawford Co., PA on Dec 23 1922. (I also have
a copy of his death certificate)
The children of Craft and Thirza were: 1) Harry Carroll born 1862 in
Ravenna, OH
married Nellie Ellis of Meadville--only
child died while an infant; 2)
Elic Scott
Carroll (my great grandfather)

married Catherine Rose Wilshire born 14 July 1862 in Port Byron, Rock

died in 1901 Meadville hospital, PA due
to complications of
illness.
