It has been brought to my attention that the town name, may be "Mondomin", and not Mandarin, I would like to thank the person who brought this to my attention, as after looking at the inscription again and studying it, I think that they are correct. Thank you for your help.
I received an email from Patrick, who tells me the town is Mondamin. Thank you Patrick. djc
