DISTRIBUTION OF CAUSER IN AUSTRALIA - 1997
Causer births were registered in New South Wales as early as 1850, and in Victoria from 1861, and the number of Causer births and deaths registered in these states far outnumbers those for Corser. The 1997 map shows a concentration of occurrences in New South Wales, while Victoria has roughly the same number as Queensland. There has been some spread of the name into South Australia and Western Australia, but there are no occurrences in Tasmania. |
