Will of Adam Condo
Know all Men, that I, Adam Condo of Wayne County and State of Indiana, Knowing that life is uncertain; and that death must come, sooner or later, do now make and publish, this my last Will and Testament.
Item 1.  It is my wish and desire, that at my death, my funeral expenses shall be paid out of any money then at hand, or that may be due me, and that also all just debts shall, like-wise be paid--That my body be decently buried and that a tombstone similar to that now erected at the grave of my first wife shall be placed at the grave.
Item 2.  I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Rebecca L. all my personal property of whatsoever kind during her natural life--to be used by her, for her own benefit during that time, at her death, my part thereof then remaining to be equally divided between my heirs as shall be hereinafter named.  I also give and devise to her the said wife, a one third of the real estate, of whatsoever kind, of which I may be possessed at Death giving and granting to her the said bequest in fee--allowing her to sell and convey the same as he may desire to her interest to do so.
