Notes

Gerret DOREMUS

WILL: Gerret's will was proved on 21 Apr 1818 and witnessed by David HARRISON, Isaac Van RIKER and John PERSONET.  He gave his wife one acre of land adjoining lands of Peter C. DOREMUS and The Cedar Grove Factory Company, and also all of his estate during her widowhood;  then the same to be sold and the proceeds divided between Rynier Van GIESEN, son of Isaac Van GIESEN, and the testator's brothers and sisters.  The inference is that he died without issue.
