Caroline M. Heydrick, daughter of Dr. Christopher

(page 74), married Thomas J. Brown, November,
1821, leaving issue:

Charles H., born December 22, 1827. Married
 Mary A. Black, December 17, 1874.
Albert G., born September 6, 1830.
Christopher H., born March 22, 1836.
Mary E., born November 18, 1837. Married Emlin
P. Thorn, and died December 8, 1871.
Benjamin F., born May 11, 1842. Died 1843.
C. M. B., wife of Thomas J. Brown, died March 2, 1874.
Thomas Jacobs Brown was born in Westmoreland
County, Pa., in May, 1801; removed with his parents
to Mercer County, Pa., in 1808, where he subsequently
laid out the now borough of Sandy Lake, formerly
called Brownsville, erected a saw mill, flouring mill,
oil mill, woollen factory, and turning mill, all propelled
by water power, and was engaged many years
in general merchandising; was appointed Justice of
the Peace in 1840, and elected to the same office in
1845; appointed Associate Judge of the several Courts
of Mercer County in 1855, to fill a vacancy, and
elected to the same office in 1856 for the term of five
years; again appointed Justice of the Peace in 1875,
to fill a vacancy, and again elected for a full term in
1876.

David Seibert, son of Jacob Seibert (page 63), married
Susanna, daughter of Matthias Gerhard (page 59), in
1821. Children:
Anthony, born August 30, 1822.
Joshua, born January 15, 1824.
