The information about this family on page 13 is, to a large degree, incorrect.
The following appears on page 886 of the 1923 Genealogical Record by Brecht:
[54]MATTHUS J�KEL (MATTHIAS YEAKLE) [E 54], b_________; d Sept. 20, 1756; m Sept.
30, 1710, ROSINA SCHUBERT of Langneundorf [E 146], b__________; d Dec. 2, 1759. Matthias
Yeakle came from Ober Harpersdorf, and was a brother of Barbara Yeakle Hartranft [E 134]. The
name, Rosina Ott, as the wife of Matthias Yeakle in the Gen. Record of 1879, p. 13, is an error. See
records of marriage in Harpersdorf Church Book, and entries of birth and death of their son George in
Berthelsdorf Church Book. Matthias Yeakle and wife came to Pa. in 1734 with their children. Lived
in Chestnut Hill. Place of burial not known.
