     Rev. George Kriebel was born on 3 November 1732 in Saxony.1 He was the son of Casper Kriebel and Susanna Wiegner. He immigrated with his parents Casper Kriebel and Susanna Wiegner in 1734 to Pennsylvania.1 He married Anna Anders on 11 October 1758.2 He taught school in his younger days.2 He was a clergyman of the Society of the Schwenkfelders.2 He was well educated and was often engaged as a conveyancer and, as befitting his clerical position, in settling of differences in the surronding area.2 He and Anna lived in Lower Milford Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.2 He officiated at the funeral of Rosina Hoffman.3 He officiated at the wedding of Rev. John Schultz and Regina Heebner on 24 May 1796.4 He officiated at the wedding of Jacob Schultz and Magdalena Gerhard on 11 April 1799.5 He officiated at the wedding of David Yeakel and Susanna Schultz on 27 October 1803.6,7 He died on 1 December 1805 at age 73 years and 28 days.2
