Last Will and Testament of Hans Bauer the younger

Hans Bauer was the son of Hans Bauer and his wife Ann Musselman, and they were my 6-great-grandparents. The source of the will is:

The transcript of the Will read:
Colebrookdale, December 27^th 1746
I underwriten being weak and Sick and therefore not knowing wheather the time of my Life will be much Longer and finding my Self of Sound Memory (thanks be unto God for the Same) I do by these Presents declare my Last Will as follows viz^t: my dear wife Magdalena shall have one third of all and Every thing I am pofsefsed of and the Remainder two thirds shall be Equally divided between my two Children Abraham and Anna Barbara and my wife shall have her abode on the Plantation as Long as she pleases whilst she remains unmarried and the Rest I leave to the disposition of my Executors.
Furthermore concerning my Childrenit is my Will that my little Son Abraham shall remain under Tuition of my ffather untill his age of one and Twenty years with this Proviso that he shall be put to a good Trade at a Seasonable Time such his prenticeship do Expire when he is of age. The Girl may stay with her Mother Provided my Executors have authority to direct Least she should be kept hard and putting a Good Confidence in my Father Hans Bauer and in my Eldest Brother Samuel Bauer I herefore do put and confirm them to be my Executors of all my Estate Lands Cattle and Chattels with full authority according to their best knoweldge and Confcientic to do to Act, to Sell or to keep as they shall judge ____ and to have a faithfull care for my children. This is my last Will and firm Testament and decleration to be Observed after my decease.

Salford the fourth day of May 1747 Then personally appeared Benedict Strom and Christopher Sholtz two of the Witnefses to the within written Will and on their Affirmacon respectfully did declare they Saw and heard Hans Bauer the Testator within mentioned Sign Seal Publish and declare the Same Will to be his Last Will and Testament and that at the doing thereof he was of Sound Mind Memory and Understanding to the best of their knowledge-------Coram

Be it Remembered that on the 4^th day of May 1747 the Last Will and Testament of Hans Bauer deced was proved in due form of Law and Probate and Lres Testament^l were granted to Hans Beauer and Samuel Bauer Exers. in the said Testament Named being first Solemnly Affirmed well and truly to Administ^r the said deced^ts Estate and to bring an Inventory thereof unto the Reg^E Gen^ls office at Philad^a at or before the 4th Day of June next and to render a true Accot. when thereunto Lawfully required.
