This Martin Kulp is no relation to me but he is of interest because he bears the same name as the Rev.
Martin Kolb, my 6 greatt-grandfather. Their wives have the same first name and my ancestor's brother lived in Bedminister.

The transcript of the Will read:
Be it Remembred that I Martin Kulp of the Township of Baidminster in the County of Bucks in the province of
Pennsylvania, yeoman, being mindful of my mortality, thougt proper whilst mercifully favored with a perfect
Sound mind and memory to settls my worldly estaid by this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form
folowing, that is to say first I will the payment of my Just debts and funeral expences and I nominate my
good and Trusty wife Maria and Christopher Anynth of the Township and County aforsaid to be my Executors
giving them full power and authority to bargin sell and dispose of all my Estate both Real and personal and to
make and execute firm titles and effectual Deeds or Convayences in Law on all or any part of my mefsuage
Lands Tenements and Hereditaments unto Such person or persons as Shall or may purchase the Same his her or their Heirs and Afsigns forever and after my deceace my aforesaid Executors Shall Sell all my Estate both Real and personal and pay my Just debts as aforsaid and from the remainder of my Estaid I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Maria forty pounds Lawful money ober and above her theats from all my Eftaits and the remainder of my Estast my children Shall have and Shall be equally divided amongst my children. And I revoke all former wills by mee maid and this and no other to be Will and Testament/
In Witnefs Whereof I the said Martin Kulp have set my hand and Seal hereunts this the therth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty-three 1763.

1765 Then personally appeared John Heany and Dilman Kulp the witnesses to the forgoing Will and the said John Heany on oath and Dilman Kulp on his Solemn affirmation according to law did declare they saw and heard Martin Kulp the Testator therein named Sign Seal publish and declare the same Will for and as his last Will and Testament and that at the doing thereof he was of Sound mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge.
