Milit-Beg*14 September 1813 Eleazer Galloway began military service on 14 September 1813 at Twiggs County, Georgia, War of 1812, Twiggs County, Georgia, USA, according to this source, "Eleazar Galloway" appeared on a roster of militia in Lieutenant Lovett B. Smith's Company. He doesn't appear in service records at the National Archives for volunteers who served in this war. Several South Carolina Galloways served in South Carolina regiments for short periods of time.

The land was adjacent to that of Rosier Brannan. Eleazer was listed as from Pike County, Alabama.

Death*September 1864 He died in September 1864 at Henry County, Alabama; Burried in an unmarked grave on the farm of A.J.(Sam) Murphy.
