He was one of the original members of the church organized in the East Preceinct of Bradford, in June, 1727. Married Mercie.

George^ and Mary (Learned) Robinson had seven children,the first six recorded at Needham and the last at Dudley, Mass.
"George^ Robinson, born December 28, 1680, settled in Dedham. He married at Sherborn, January 17, 1707, Mary Learned, daughter of Isaac and Sarah (Bigelow) Learned. Isaac Learned was one of the wounded in the Great Swamp Fight of December 19, 1675, ^"^ John Bigelow, father of Sarah, was a soldier in both the Pequot and King Phillip's Wars. He was also a member of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company, which he joined in 1710.
They were:
Mary, born August 13, 1708, married Joseph Wakefield and had six children.
Sarah, born September 20, 1711, married John Thompson and had one son.
Eliakim, born September 12, 1714, died in infancy.
Eliakim, born July 2, 1716, died January 17, 1734.
Paul, born July 2, 1717.
Silas, born Nov. 19, 1721, married Susannah Moore and had sixteen children. Their descendants are many at Oxford, Mass.,
Hartwick, N. Y., and in the West.
Samuel, born June 19, 1726, married his cousin Hannah Learned of Oxford, Mass. Their descendants are found in Worcester County, and elsewhere.
In 1719 George^ Robinson bought 500 acres of land in Oxford, Mass., of Col. William Dudley of Roxbury, moving to his new home in 1723. That year he bought 225 acres more,which lay just across the line in Connecticut. At the first town meeting held in Dudley after its incorporation in 1732, George
Robinson was elected one of the Selectmen, and again in 1740 and 1741. He built the first mill in Dudley. He gave his children farms as they came of age, and seems to have been a thrifty citizen. Mary (Learned) Robinson died June 30, 1750, and George^ Robinson died April 13, 1752." " VETERAN OF THE CIVIL WAR IS CALLED
A. F. Robinson died Saturday night --Funeral Tuesday afternoon.
A. F. Robinson an aged and well known resident of this city, died at his home at 618 North Galena avenue at 12:30 o'clock Saturday night, after an illness of several months duration.
Mr. Robinson was born March 20, 1837, in Pike,Wyoming County, New York, He would have been 75 years old his next birthday. He enlisted in the war of the rebellion with the 130th New York regiment and was later transferred to the 1st Dragoons. He served three years.
Mr. Robinson, was married Oct. 21, 1860, to Marietta McWethy. His children servive. They are Minnie, Nellie, Mrs. C. C. King, Edmund, Burtrum G. and Freeman H. They all reside in Dixon with exception of Edmund, who lives in Vancouver, B.C.
Mr. Robinson, came to Dixon at the close of the war and has been a resident of this city since that time, a period of 46 years, nineteen of which he conducted a shoe store here. He united with St. Paul's Lutheran church under the pastorate of Rev. S.S.Walz, and for many years was very active in the work of the church.
The funeral will be held from the late home Tuesday at 3 p.m. The services will be conducted by the Rev. Altman. Interment will take place at Oakwood cemetery, under the direction of the G.A.R.".

"29. COLLINS4 MOORE (Richard,3 Jacob,2 John1) was born in Oxford, Oct. 17, 1698. He married, May 2, 1722, Bathsheba, daughter of Nathaniel Woods of Groton. He carried on his trade as a weaver both in Worcester and Oxford. The history of the latter town contains an account of his life. He died Feb. 22, 1743, and his widow Bathsheba administered the estate. She afterwards married second, Samuel Town of Oxford; and married third, Samuel Phillips.

"George Robinson lived in the western part of Watertown, Mass., as early as 1694, when he signed the petition requesting the construction of a new meeting house in that area of Watertown (Watertown Records, 8 vols. in 7 [Watertown, Mass., 1894-1939], hereafter Watertown Recs., Third Book of Proceedings:75). In 1702, George was said to be living on the border of the town of Dedham, and there was some disagreement among the selectmen about which town he actually belonged to (Watertown Recs. 2:Third Book of Proceedings: 1450. When George Robinson Sr. died in 1726, he was said to be of Weston (Weston VR p. 384).

She was born in Watertown on 12 Aug. 1688, the daughter of Peter and Sarah Behoney (Watertown Recs. 1:VR:62; Henry Bond, Genealogies of the Families and Descendants of the Early Settlers of Watertown, 2nd ed. "(III) Isaac (2), second son of Isaac (1) and Mary (Stearns) Learned, was born September 16, 1655, in Chelmsford, and died September 15, 1737, in Framingham, Massachusetts. It is probable that he lived for a short time in Watertown, and served as a soldier from that town in Captain Davenport's company, and was wounded at the Narragansett fight. He was received an inhabitant of Sherborn in April, 1679, and settled near the pond which still bears his name before the town of framingham was organized. On October 30, 1680, he signed a petition relating to the engagement of a minister for Sherborn, and was on the committee to secure the incorporation of Framingham, in 1699. The next year he was made member of a committee by that town to consult a lawyer with reference to disputes about boundaries. He was a fence viewer in 1681-82; selectman in 1692-98, 1706-11. One June 27, 1710, a tax was laid for the purchase of ammunition for the use of the town, and that of Isaac Learned was the largest, being three shillings and two pence. He married, Jul 23, 1679, Sarah, daughter of John and Mary (Warren) Bigelow, born September 29, 1659, in Watertown, where he served as selectman in 1665-70-71. "(III) Isaac Learned, son of Isaac Learned (2), was born in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, September 16, 1655. He was a soldier in King Philip's war, in Captain Davenport's company and was wounded in battle in the Narrangansett fight, December 19, 1675. He bought, February, 1679-80, of thomas Eames, a house lot of forty acres in Framingham at the southerly end of Learned's pond, and built a house near the pond in what is now Jordan's garden; had civil and religious provileges in Sherborn until 1700; selectman of Framingham in 1711; died September 15, 1737. He married July 23, 1679, Sarah, daughter of John Bigelow, of Watertown. Children: 1 . Isaac, born may 10, 1680, mentioned below. 2. Sarah, March 16, 1682. 3. Abigail, March 11, 1684, married John Gleason. 4. Mary, April 12, 1686. 5. William, February 12, 1688, married Hannah Bryant, lived in Sutton, Massachusetts, and Killingly, Connecticut; seacon, selectman, treasurer; died June 11, 1747; had eight children whose descendants all write the name Larned. 6. Ebenezer, September, 1690, married Deborah Haynes, and settled in Oxford; colonel, justice of the peace; died March 15, 1772; descendants all spell their name Larned. 7. Samuel, October 4, 1692, removed to Medford, soldier in 1725. 8. Hannah, September 16, 1694, married Obadiah Walker, of Marlborough. 9. Elizabeth, July 27, 1696. 10. Moses, April 29, 1699. 11.
