BENJAMIN ALLEY3, born in Lynn Feb. 24, 1694-5. He was a farmer and fisherman; and lived in Lynn. He married, first, Elizabeth Newhall of Lynn (published Sept. 26, 1717). She was living in 1741. He subsequently married Hannah Hart of Lynn (published March 20, 1742-3). He made his will May 19, 1756, and it was proved June 21, 1756. His wife Hannah survived him.
