"Hannah Stanley was the daughter of Thomas Stanley, born 1597, died January 30, 1663 at Hadley, MA (Miller, Savage, SCW, Torrey) and his wife, Bennet Tritton, born 1609, died 1665 (Torrey). Thomas Stanley was a Freeman of Lynne as of March 4, 1635 (Savage) and was a Deputy to the Court and member of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company (Hutton). In addition to Hannah Stanley, the children born to this marriage include Mary Stanley, who married John Porter; Nathaniel Stanley, born 1638; and, Sarah Stanley who married John Wadsworth (Miller, Savage)."
