The Caesar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery is located on the south side of New Jasper Road west of the intersection of New Jasper Road and Waynesville-Jamestown Road. The entrance to the cemetery is between two houses and the cemetery sits back from the road. The cemetery is located at 39° 38' 21" N 083° 46' 42" W.
