He appeared on the census in 1800 in Meduncook Plantation, Lincoln County, Maine.⁽³⁾ The household included:
(1) male 45+ [Martin, Sr.]
(2) males 16-26 [Samuel & John]
(1) female 26-45 [Catharine]
(1) female 10-16 [unidentified daughter].
He appeared on the census in 1810 in Friendship Town, Lincoln (now Knox) County, Maine.⁽⁴⁾ The household included:
(1) male 45+ [Martin, Sr.]
(1) female 45+ [Catharine].
He died before 1820. Since Martin did not appear in the 1820 census, it is assumed that he died before 1820.

He was married to Catharine Shepard on 29 Oct 1771 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts. ⁽⁵⁾ They were married by Rev. Penuil Bowen. Catharine Shepard appeared on the census in 1790 in home of spouse. ⁽⁶⁾ She appeared on the census in 1800 in home of spouse.⁽⁷⁾ She appeared on the census in 1810 in home of spouse.⁽⁸⁾ Martin Geyer Sr. and Catharine Shepard had the following children:
