KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, Elizabeth Geyer, Joseph Williamson, James Linder & Jacob Geyer of the county of Muskingum in the State of Ohio, are held and firmly bound unto the said State of Ohio, in the sum of four hundred dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, to the payment of which sum well and truly to be paid, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, and administrators, jointly and severally, by these presents: Sealed with our seals, signed and dated at Zanesville, this 25th day of April A.D. 1829

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas at a Court of common pleas held at Zanesville in said county, on the 25 day of April 1829 the aforesaid Elizabeth Geyer & Joseph Williamson were by said court appointed Administratrix & Administrator of the personal estate of Andrew Geyer late of said county deceased: Now if the said Elizabeth Geyer & Joseph Williamson do faithfully and impartially discharge and perform their duties as administratrix & Admr. of said estate according to the laws of the State of Ohio, in such case made and provided, then the above bond to be void, otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue.

Bond for $400 was filed with James Linder and Jacob Geyer as security. Settlement was filed in the November term, 1829. Settlement was accepted in the April term, 1830.
