(1986) Deed book 49 page 19, Muskingum County, Ohio, dated 10-1-1867; Nancy Baughman, widow of Solomon Baughman deceased, Sidney Baughman, Thomas Mourer and Levina his wife, Henry Bowers and Sarah J. his wife, Samuel Bowers and Amanda his wife, Singleton Hardy and Rebeca [sic] his wife, Joseph Baughman and Rebecca Ann his wife, Isaac Baughman, Elizabeth Baughman, Susannah Geyer widow, Edward Brock, Dophin Winn and Catherine his wife, all of Muskingum County to Margery McNeal, Mary McNeal, Margaret McNeal two parcels of land - 1. 1/2 quarter section sw section 21 township 2 range 6 (north 1/2) being the same conveyed to Solomon in his life by Andrew Darner 24 December 1825 (dbk H page 488) -2. 100 acres south side southeast quarter section 21 township 2 range 6 conveyed to Solomon by Nelson Cuming (dbk T p 435). Two exceptions include 40 acres conveyed by Solomon and Nancy his wife to their son Isaac Dbk 29-323 and 100 acres to Lewis Williams Dbk 18 p 118. This property in Salem Township. She appeared on the census in 1870 in Union Township, Muskingum County, Ohio. 1870: listed alone keeping house, age 37. She owned Norwich lot 4 on 9 Apr 1873 in Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio.(1987) Muskingum County, Ohio, deed book 59 page 148, 4-9-1873 where Susannah Geyer sold Elisha B. Webster Norwich lot 4. She sold this property for $450.00. She purchased this lot on 9-28 1867 from J.W. Law of Tuscarawas County, Muskingum County deed book book 50 page 180. Neither deed gave any further genealogical material. She appeared on the census in 1880 in Norwich, Union Township, Muskingum County, Ohio.
