TRENTON, Ga. George A. ANDERSON, 89, of Trenton,
formerly of Jackson County, Ala., died Sunday at a Georgia nursing home. The funeral will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the
New Hope Funeral Home in New Hope, Ala.
Burial will be in the Moon Cemetery in Owens Cross
Roads, Ala.
Survivors include eight sons, James ANDERSON of
Guntersville, Ala., George ANDERSON Jr. of Owens Cross Roads, Thomas ANDERSON
of Birmingham, Ala., Granvile ANDERSON and Marvin ANDERSON both of Gurley,
Ala., Lawrence ANDERSON of Section, Ala., and William ANDERSON of Huntsville,
Ala.; five daughters, Zella WILBOURN, Mary Ellen KEY and Regina Sue PIGG, all
of Huntsville, Thelma ANDERS of Florida and Jean ATCHLEY of Bryant, Ala.; a
brother, Odis ANDERSON of Tennessee; a sister, Bessie NEWSOM of Huntsville; 65
grandchildren, 80 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Fannie A. ANDERSON, 82, of 2403 Huntsville St. died
Thursday at a local hospital. The
funeral will be Sunday at 3 p.m. at New Salem Baptist Church with the Rev.
Larry MEEKS officiating.
Burial will be in Moon Cemetery at Owens Cross Roads
with New Hope Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include her husband, George ANDERSON of
Huntsville; eight sons, Barney ANDERSON of New Hope, James ANDERSON of Laceys
SPRING, George ANDERSON Jr. of Owens Cross Roads, Thomas ANDERSON of
Birmingham, Granville ANDERSON and Marvin ANDERSON, both of Gurley; Lawrence
ANDERSON and William ANDERSON, both of Huntsville; five daughters, Mrs. Zella
WILBOURN, Mrs. Mary Ellen KEY and Mrs. Regina Sue PIGG, all of Huntsville; Mrs.
Thelma ANDERS of Florida and Mrs. Jean ATCHLEY of Bryant; three brothers,
Barney JUSTICE of Piedmont, Williard JUSTICE of Rainsville and Vernon JUSTICE
of McCadonia; 65 grandchildren, 69 great-grandchildren, three
great-great-grandchildren.
The body will be at the church from 2 until 3 p.m.
Sunday.
