A funeral for Albert D. WEBSTER, 78, of Rt. 1, Owens Cross Roads, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the residence.  Mr. Webster died at his home yesterday. Rev. Roy STONE and Charles MAPLES will officiate.  Burial will be in Byrd Cemetery with Butler Brothers Funeral Home of New Hope in charge of arrangements.

 

Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Ann WEBSTER; seven daughters, Mrs. Charlie ESSLINGER, and Mrs. Wallace WILBANKS of Owens Cross Roads, Mrs. Grace BURROUGHS of New Hope, Mrs. Roberta BIRCHFIELD and Miss Sara WEBSTER of Owens Cross Roads, Mrs. L. D. LEWIS of New Hope, Mrs. Lonnie LEMLEY of Owens Cross Roads; four sons, James A. WEBSTER of RT. 4, Huntsville, Charles L. WEBSTER of Meridianville, Morris D. WEBSTER of Brownsboro, George S. WEBSTER of Rt. 2, Gurley; 35 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Callie ESSLINGER of Huntsville; one brother, Ollie WEBSTER of Huntsville, several nieces and nephews.

 

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be W. E. SELF, Dr. J. L. CARPENTER, Ernest THOMPSON, Clayton MARTIN, Grady STEPHENS, Ed RICH and James BELL.
