Wilburn B. Glover


DECATUR - Wilburn B. "Bill" GLOVER, 83, died Tuesday at a local hospital. The graveside service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Green Valley Cemetery with the Rev. Michael CARPENTER officiating. Ridout's Brown Service Funeral Home is in charge of burial.

Mr. Glover was a native of Owens Cross Roads and member of East End Methodist Church. He was a World War II veteran and member of the Northern 278 Masonic Lodge in New Hope. Mr. Glover had retired from Fox Army Hospital

Survivors include one son, W.D. "Bubba" GLOVER of Hayden; four daughters, Kaye KELLEY of Odenville, Beverly MARTIN of Decatur, Donna MAPLES of Tuscaloosa and Vickie DEVOLL of Melbourne, Fla.; one sister, Ola TURNER of Huntsville; and nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
