Funeral Held Today or Jack O. Clay, 29


Funeral services were held at 2 o’clock this afternoon for Jack O. CLAY, 29, who died at the home near Owens Cross Roads yesterday, following a long illness.

Rites were conducted at Neal’s Chapel Cemetery by the Rev. Roy STONE. Interment was made there with Butler Bros. of New Hope in charge of arrangements.

Surviving Mr. Clay are his widow; tow sons, James CLAY and Billy Jo CLAY; a daughter, Ruby CLAY; two brothers, McKinley CLAY and Herman CLAY of Grant; three sisters, Mrs. Annie TROUPE of Pineapple, Ala., Miss Barbie CLAY and Mrs. Ira GUNNISON of Fair Hope, Ala.
