CROSS ROADS - Lois Kent DENNIS, 79, of 181 Sneed Ave. died Monday at her
home. The funeral will be Thursday at 2
p.m. at New Hope Funeral Home with the Revs. Matthew PENFIELD and Doug HEMPHILL
officiating. Burial will be in Byrd
Cemetery.
Survivors
include three daughters, Mildred HARDIN of Grant, Gurtha PEMBERTON of
Montgomery and Martha SEAY of Madison; one son, Lee "Bubba" LANIER of
Huntsville; one stepdaughter, Gracie LEMLEY of Huntsville; three sisters, Opal
PATRICK of Cantonment, Fla., and Vestille PYLANT and Lillian BEARD, both of
Owens Cross Roads; one brother, Iley KENT of Pinson; and five grandchildren,
eight step-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several
step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation
was to be today from 4 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
