NEW
HOPE – Thomas Gordon COWAN, 80 m of 557 Maples Road, New Hope, died Sunday at a
Guntersville hospital. The funeral will
be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Galilee Baptist Church with the Rev. Lamar McGRIFF
and the Rev. James KELLY officiating.
Burial
will be in the Byrd Cemetery with New Hope Funeral Home in charge of
arrangements.
Survivors
include his wife, Mrs. Laura B. COWAN of New Hope; three daughters, Mrs.
Margaret MARTIN, Mrs. Maywilla STEPHENS and Mrs. Joyce MAPLES, all of New Hope;
a brother, Duke COWAN of Maysville; 11 grandchildren and 12
great-grandchildren.
