Goldie Oma Pyatte was a good woman who as single parent took care of her son Ralph as best she could. Often leading to strange settings with men her son did not know. She saw to it that Ralph was sent to Boy Scouts, including summer camp and church meetings greatly increasing his knowledge of people in general. Helped considerably in his indoctoration in U.S. Marine Corps. She was proud of her son and despite her second husband tried hard to show it.
