In the Supreme Court – Insolvency

The undermentioned persons, prisoners confined within the Gaol of this Province, having petitioned the Court for relief under the Act

passed in the fifth year of Her present Majesty, entitle “An Act for giving Relief to Imprisoned Insolvent Debtors, and to make provision for

the “administration of the Estates of Insolvent Debtors in South Australia,” and fiats having issued authorising the said prisoners to prosecute

their petitions:-

 

They are hereby required to deliver into this Court their several Schedules on the days hereinafter mentioned – and

Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern that the Petitioners will be severally heard on their Petitions at the time appointed below, viz:-
