Ethel May Jache, age 86, died Sunday, March 21, 2010 with her family by her side at her home where she has lived since her birth.

 

Mrs. Jache was born on September 26, 1923 in Manchester, the daughter of the late Homer and Gladys (Hadley) Brewer. She was a graduate of West High School in 1941A and worked in the knitting mills prior to the birth of her children. Mrs. Jache had been very active in Cub Scouts, she was a den leader and den leader coach of Pack 93, was a den mother for Pack 102 of the Bartlett School in Pinardville and was a past master of Derryfield Orange Pack 286. She also volunteered at the Parker Varney School and Wilson Street School. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, music, playing the organ and trumpet. Her biggest joy was giving her self to her family; anything she could do to make others happy was what gave her joy.

 

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles H Jache in 1999; two children, Kathy and Wayne Jache; two brothers and three sisters.

 

Her family includes; four children, Linda C. Durand and her husband Earl of Auburn, Russell L. Jache and his wife Karen of Bedford, Bonnie L Hebert and her husband Raymond of Manchester, Ronald K Jache and his wife Rosemarie of Manchester; eight grandchildren, Christopher, Danny, James, Michael, Sarah, Amy, Crystal and Jordan,; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother Homer L Brewer of Londonderry and several nieces and nephews.
