Descendants of Eli LEGG and Jane PRINCE

Greetings! This purpose of these pages is to find other genealogists who are researching common lines and "long lost cousins".

I am currently researching all descendants of Eli Legg and Jane Prince who lived in Virginia in the late 1700's and early 1800's. Their children lived in Virginia, Maryland, D.C., Alabama, and South Carolina. The most common surnames are LEGG, CATTS, WELCH, COBB, HERR, MANKIN, HUME, UNDERWOOD, and WILLETT.

Eli MAY BE a descendant of the well-documented Thomas Legg of Richmond County, Virginia, although as yet, I have not been able to verify this.
